Hi All,

Hoping a BC Gaming rep can help our team up. One of our partners have been trying to settle this with our affiliate manager, but failed in his attempt. We are now stepping in.

Wanted to give you all a heads up about an ongoing issue we've been facing with BC Game. It's been a frustrating four months trying to chase down a payment, and honestly, we're at our wit's end.

We've decided it's time to escalate matters and share our experience on online forums. Next will be to report them to the relevant authorities.

We've been having issues with changes of payment currency type without notice and not approving payouts. We've being asked the same questions all over again, clearly showing that they are not even putting a pinch of effort to understand our situation. This has been going for over 4 months, so you can imagine the level of disappointment and frustration BC is making us go through.

We also have no answer on how to fix their issue going forward. Being paid now, if we're going to get paid, does not gaurantee future payments.

Just so you know, we've already put out a warning on our website urging all our users to steer clear of BC Game for now. We've also knocked their rating down to 1 star – making them the only casino on our list with such a low score – until we get this whole mess sorted out.

Hopefully, someone with a bit of authority and sense from BC we can get this resolved for us soon.

Are you an affiliate or an affiliate-network? Sounds to me like your running some kind of aff-network, as you state "one of our partners" and "our affiliate manager".

Why are you dealing with this matter, for this "partner"?

More so, what hard, factual proof do you have on this matter?

FYI the number of new-members who signup here, and sprout stories like this, are a constant happening. Member's try to assist only to discover they've been played for fools, and only told 1/2 the story. Hence, why hard facts and proof need to be added by new-members, before these matters are taken seriously.

Sorry if that sounds harsh but a LOT of people come here crying wolf, and then it turns out that most are on CPA deals, and have been conducting incentivized player deals to scam the casino.

Not saying this is the case here... just sayin!

Hey! Rayne here, head of affiliates at BC.GAME. Send me your partner ID and let's find out why you were not paid. 4 months of non-payment can only mean we have decided not to pay you for a certain reason.

Hi, AussieDave.

By partner we mean business partner.

Whilst I understand the common practive of such instances, we don't happen to be one of those who spread rumors around just to put in a bad name.

Thanks for replying and checking tough.

Hi Rayne_BC,

Thank you for checking in.

We don't see any reason why we should not get paid and if there was it would have already been explained to us by our affiliate manager. I will also explain why there should not be any valid reason for the money to just stay sitting there in our account in a private message.

From the time our balance went from BTC to USD (for no reason) It's been 4 months of "try to add a new wallet because everything seems fine".

I will send you the partner id over in a private message.

Whilst we hope we can get the payment out, we also want to make sure we don't run in such issues going forward. We were very happy to deal with BC before all this happened. Our affiliate manager was one of the best we could get.

Not sure what changed and happened, but would love for the situation to be back to normal as it was before so we can go back to promote BC Game with a level of confidence for us and for players we refer.

Thanks again

Say that is a moot point, given, I doubt anyone would post bad-press, then admit it's all garbage. Hopefully it comes to light, your one of the few, who is genuine, and no funny business has taken place.

Ye true. We've been in the industry for over 15 years now and we are well aware of such behavior.

Aha, that's why then. Thanks for tagging and ye, if Rayne can send us a DM we can reply back via email.

Thanks again for getting back and trying to help with a solution for the DM.

15 years ago would have been circa 2009. I'm 24 years in, and as I'm sure you can appreciate, being in this industry that long, there's not many folks I don't know or who don't know me, from that period. Unless your the 0.05% or less, who didn't sign up to the GPWA/AGD in the day, I'm going to wonder who you are and why the secrecy.

Nothing personal mate but this industry has turn me from an eternal-optimist into a cynical affiliate.

Who's "We" you keep using that and "our"...

Send me your partner ID and I will check. You can share it here :) Based on what I am hearing from you, the funds are on your account but you have not added a wallet correctly. SO please send that and lets clear this matter .

Haven't signed up and no secrecy at all. By we I mean myself and the other 2 partners. We re legit, but even so, why should we, or anyone just share personal info around the net and on forums?

Feels like we still need to earn your trust :) - which is fine, but no need to be suspicious anymore unless we provide fake or false info we can't back up.

We have been working with online casinos as employees and now recently joined up and started building an affiliate website to make ue of our experience.

Thanks Rayne,

We prefer if you can DM so we can email you our partner ID from our official email (which we signed up with) - feel free to reply here anyway after. Call us old school, but we prefer to not share the ID around the net.

So to give you a recap this is what happened and what we'd like to sort out:

- We used to have a CoinsPaid BTC Wallet. All worked fine by then.
- All of a sudden, without notice and for unknown reasons, the credit we used to get in BTC shifted to USD (why is that?)
- CoinsPaid decided to close down (at least that's what we got as popup message when we trid to login and as info from CoinsPaid customer support)

- We were at a dilema here and asked our affiliate manager how are we supposed to witdhraw if the only possible withdrawal is CoinsPaid and CoinsPaid wallet is not working?

- We were told not to worry and to just add any USDTE wallet address and we'll withdraw on it.

- We did, we actually added 2 different wallets, from different systems (Ledger, bybit, kraken)

- We got the wallets approved, we tried to withdraw and the payment got stuck for a month without any progress. Then the request got cancelled. (money still sitting in our account)

- We were then asked to remove all the other wallets and add just USDT ( as that might have been an issue )

- We did, we added 2 other wallets and this time we are getting another error on AFFILKA (" Failed to create a withdrawal, specific payment details were rejected)

- When our affiliate manager checked with his superiors, the answer, to our surprise was " They need to add a BTC wallet" - (Add a BTC wallet when our credit changed from BTC to USD? When we don't have creditin BTC?) - something which we made clear several times. So you can imagine the level of frustration that might have caused us, feeling like no one knows what's going on and we're not getting the level of attention needed to sort this - Almost felt like we were not being helped intentionally.

- Then we ended up here, after 4 months trying to solve the issue and with such an answer, we felt we needed to seek other channels to get proper focused help.

Now to conclude, I am not sure if this is an AFFILKA issue or BC issue, but we need:

- To receive the payment
- Change the credit back to BTC from USD
- Add a BTC wallet (any which we would like to use, not CoinsPaid)
- Have a long term solution for this issue so it does not happen again.

Thank you

email me at rayne@bcgame.com

What is likely the case is that you keep adding a wrong crypto address and the payment is failing. If there is money on your account, this means your funds are approved and it is not cancelled. You are doing something incorrectly.

You can email me and it will be handled. For transparency purposes I will also share the findings in this thread

Email sent.

Ok, let's trying to figure that out. Maybe it's us afterall but we added 4 different USDT (on Etherium Wallets) just like we added the BTC wallet before.

To clear things out and our Affiliate manager was doing his best and always tried to help us. Again I personally think he's one of the most responsive and never ignored our messages. Always tried to help us but seems we can't fix this issue somehow.

Thanks again for providing such level of attention. We appreciaite.

Please see attached screenshot. You selected USDT (Tron) as a cashout method, but then added a USDT Ethereum wallet. We will get you paid in BTC as stated on the email :) Apologies on our end for not helping you sooner on this matter.

ohhh! Could be then that we did something wrong, thinking we are adding a USDT on Ethereum. Apologise for that on our end. It's a bit confusing as we are selecting this wallet:

1) Tether USD (marked as USDT)
2) Then we are presented with 3 Options (Ethereum, Tron, Algorand)
3) We chose Ethereum
4) Then copy and pasted the wallet address on the affiliate protal

So might be something we are doing wrong there?

We just added a BTC wallet now and would be great to start getting paid in BTC again :) - One small note, we are unable to withdraw to BTC since our BTC balance is marking as ZERO.

BTC: 00000
USD: XXXX (X = numbers)

So when we select BTC as a withdrawal method we can't as the system is seeing the BTC balance as ZERO. Sent you screenshots with the email.

Hello Rayne and all,

I'm pleased to inform you that the payment issue was resolved this morning.

The solution was straightforward once we realized that we could directly withdraw USD from our BC affiliate account into our BTC wallet. Thanks to Rayne's guidance, this matter has been resolved.

We've updated our websites to accurately reflect BC's deserved rating and are optimistic about our continued, fruitful collaboration.

Thank you, Rayne, and our dedicated affiliate manager.
