Party Partners has removed the active affiliate rule. Additionally, they removed the ability to change commission structure from Revshare to CPA. These rules was removed at the request of the AGD Certification team and agreed upon by Party Gaming legal. However – High Roller negative carryover was implemented during this time.
TERMS REMOVAL – ACTIVE AFFILIATE RULE
5.5 Automatic Termination By Us If Your Account Is Inactive. If your Affiliate Cashier Account is inactive, your Agreement and participation in the Affiliate Network will automatically terminate. In this Section, Inactive ‘ ‘Inactive” means where ( i) you have not generated sufficient Affiliate Accruals to trigger requested a payment into your Affiliate Cashier Account or you have not cashed cash out any funds (through a withdrawal or a transfer to a Player’s Account) for one hundred and eighty three (183) days or more ; or ( ii) you have failed to respond to any verification mails sent to you within a reasonable timemore;. Where automatic termination occurs , we will notify you that your Affiliate Accruals will be frozen . If we do not receive any response from you within one hundred and eighty three ( 183) days, any funds remaining within your Affiliate Cashier Account will revert to us.

4.2 Affiliate Accruals. Subject to Section 4.4 below, Affiliate Accruals will be paid to you on a calendar month basis in accordance with your chosen Payment Plan after you have completed the registration process and/or where we have activated additional Trackers. We may elect not to accept your selected Payment Plan choice and we may convert any . For the avoidance of doubt , where you have elected the MGR Payment Plan (and any associated Trackers provided hereunder from a Percentage Payment Plan to a Per Sign-up we have accepted this Payment Plan or vice versa or choice) , you will continue to any other receive Affiliate Accruals on that Payment Planthat we may operate from time to time , at any time , on notice to you for the Term.

4.4 Minimum Payment and Time of Payment. All Affiliate Accruals generated through your chosen Payment Plan will be paid into your Affiliate Cashier Account within fifteen (15) days of the close of each calendar month. We may impose reasonable restrictions on the frequency and amounts that can be cashed out of your Affiliate Cashier Account for administrative convenience and/or to protect the security of your account. At our sole discretion, we may impose a policy that if the amount due is negative or less than USD10 in any particular month, then in respect of the traffic you send to Partypoker.com , Empirepoker.com , WPTPoker.com and / or Gamebookerspoker.com (i) any negative amount will carry over and will be deducted against the following month, and (ii) any amount less than USD10 will carry over and become payable in the calendar month in which the total amount of Affiliate Accruals exceeds USD10 in accordance with this clause 4.4 ; and in respect of traffic you send to PartyCasino.com , Gamebookerscasino.com and WPTCasino.com we may impose a policy that if the amount due is negative by more than USD five thousand , any negative amount in excess of USD five thousand will carry over and will become payable against the following month.
Summary: A big thank you goes out to Party Partners for getting their terms changed through legal. High roller negative carryover appears to be added, however, since they already had negative carryover – it is not an issue.
