The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has disapproved a radio promotion of PaddyPower.com made by the leading operator Flutter Entertainment. They stated that the promotion had terminated with a third voice reading the T&Cs too rapidly and at a low volume making the information incomprehensible. Since the conditions had not been spoken clearly, it is concluded that the advertisement was confusing so that future ads should be checked to be presented in an understandable manner.
