Orixtec (Orixbet) is a scam - UNRESOLVED

We have a pending commission for November & December and are having issues withdrawing it. From our side we have already contacted our manager and the company multiple times, but have not got any response. In their T&C it's written that commission pays no later than the 10th of the following month. Today is 23d and still no commission. This company is basically a scam.
