Be carefull with Mysql - backup before any optimizing / editing!

@edgarf76 - going on your site being WP, guessing you want it for that. Unless you know what your doing, you can make a total mess of your DB.
My advice... Use a WP plugin.

I found a programmer to help me with this for the time being.
Regarding the SQL error, I got an email about the CPU usage the, the hosting company said their specialist found an error in my SQL database. They were able to isolate the plugin and I (with help) was able to set up a new cache plugin.
Regarding the pop-up, I agree. I am going to ask the programmer to change that without using a plugin. I was using thrive leads, which game me my more control but it caused Core Vital errors. I had someone get the popup from thrive and just use the aweber plugin to make it work and clear up the Core Vital issues.
The next thing I need to get done is control that popup. Thank you guys for your help. I was wondering if you guys/gals have any suggestions on an online course on becoming a full stack wordpress developer. I have taken courses at codeacademy but I want to learn more so I know how to fix things if there is an emergency.
