Looking for a Strategic Investor / Partner in an iGaming Project (MVP+)

About the project
LunaX is a fully custom-built iGaming platform:
— proprietary frontend
— backend and admin panel
— in-house affiliate system
— direct integrations with game providers and payment systems
No white-label or template solutions were used. The product was built from scratch.
Current status
— 47 game providers integrated
— 8,000+ games available
— fully assembled team (tech, product, retention , operations, support, payments)
— all departments and operational flows tested in production
— first investment round completed: 14% equity sold
— MVP+ stage confirmed by real usage
Economics
— break-even: ~11 months
— ROI horizon: up to 24 months
— full PnL and unit economics available
— operational site already live (beta)
Investment terms
— up to 36% equity available
— project valuation: $1,000,000
— maximum investment amount: $975,000
— investment structure: phased entry (first 6 months ~ $120,000 per month)
— participation options: operational site and/or platform-level equity
Important note
The project initially launched in high-risk GEOs (RU / UZ) to validate the platform, operations, and scalability at a lower testing cost.
At this stage, we are restructuring the GEO strategy toward more investor-friendly and internationally scalable markets.
