Novibet is ignoring my payment requests - RESOLVED

Hi Guys,
Does anyone in here have payment Issues with Novibet?

4 months ago they ignored my payment requests on skype and Email many times and just when I told them that I will post a complain in Guard dog I got their intension and finally also the payment.
I didn't think that I will have to go via this road again but yes.. I'm asking them since the Middle of February to get the payment for Jan and they keep of ignoring me. Meanwhile I also have some late conversions in Feb and I ask for this also but off course.. no one is answering me.

Any ideas what should I do next?

I had similar problems over the last few months, so after several emails I notified them that I had removed them from my sites and guess what, payment arrived I'd suggest trying the same.

Yes, I have done that too, didn"t help. But I guess it will be solved now with the help of guard dog
