Here's my story with this operator for future reference to other affiliates:
I was promoting the sportsbook mostly and we had a fair relationship, my manager was responsive and cooperation went smoothly.
Then once while browsing the stats I discovered that I'm in a 5% (!) revshare deal and received revenues for the past two months accordingly. I should have been in the default 25% deal. I emailed my manager who offered to open me a new account with 50% revshare for two months. I asked to be paid the difference instead, and give me the basic 25% deal, whether with a new account or not. He promised me (3 times) to consult with his boss and get back to me. After several friendly reminders and inquiries now he doesn't reply anymore. I tried their central email describing the situation, but no answer from there either. Two months has passed from the first email and I'm still in 5% to this very day.
The difference is a few hundred euros.
I may have settled with the original offer, but totally ignoring me is unacceptable. So now I have removed them from my sites and finished with them for good.
