SUMMARY: Mojo Affiliates have fixed all major terms issues (Minimum Activity Requirement) and have updated Marketing Restrictions, Territory Restrictions, Commissions, and Fraud Terms.
Affiliate Relationships
So long as you are our affiliate, you will have a continuing obligation to disclose your affiliate relationships with other websites upon our request.
Marketing Restrictions
You represent and warrant you will not place promotional materials (including but not limited to widgets, banner ads or text links related to us on any website) or use any media or medium which contain materials that:infringe - Targets Minors - Infringes any intellectual property or Trademarkrights (including but not limited to trademark rights); promote - Promotesdiscrimination based on national origin, race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation or ageof any type; are - Are libellous, obscene, or unlawful; are - Are sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, hateful or violent; or - Are otherwise considered inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Without our express written consent, you may not own or purchase any domain that includes the words Great Eight, GR88, or any variation thereon. You are not permitted to use the MojoAffiliates.com brands as part of any PPC advertising campaign. If you are found to be brand bidding we reserve the right to withhold all revenue and close your account with our program. You may not bid on any keywords or keyword phrases which include the words GR88, Bulldog777 or any variation thereon (including but not limited to GR88 Poker, GR88 Casino, GR88 Bonus, Bulldog777, Bulldog777 Poker or GR88-Poker Bulldog777 Casino, Bulldog777 Bonus in any format) in any pay-per-click search engine. You may not use derivatives of GR88 or Bulldog777 in URLs and directory names for the purpose of search engine optimization. You may not set up any site redirects from any web page or network of websites so that the page goes directly to the website. You may not optimize any page of a website(s) for keyword or keyword phrases that include the words Great Eight, GR88, Bulldog777 or any variation thereon, particularly when advertising a bonus code. This provision includes but is not limited to Meta tagsinternal links, headers and body content. The description meta tag is permitted. Commissions and Activity
As we deem appropriate, and at our sole discretion, we may distribute reports more frequently than monthly or provide an on demand reporting system. Payments will be issued in accordance with the banking information entered upon registration on the website. We will not be held responsible for any losses or liabilities resulting from any third party or incorrect data entered by you. Affiliate commissions will be paid and sent out to you within fifteen (15) days of the close of each calendar month, except that, if the total amount due is less than USD $100. 25.
