Migration update

Dear Affiliate
We are happy to announce that the iGame brands have now been migrated to the Kindred Affiliates program, powered by NetRefer.

To access your new Kindred Affiliates account:

1. Go to www.kindredaffiliates.com
2. Login using the format ‘IGAME’ followed by your existing username. For example, if your iGame Affiliates username is ‘superaffiliate’, your new username would be ‘IGAMEsuperaffiliate’. Your password is the same as your new username
3. Upon successful login, you will be prompted to accept the Kindred Affiliates Terms and Conditions. Please read these before proceeding by clicking on the link within the pop-up window
4. Once you have accepted the T&Cs and accessed your account, please immediately change your password. To do so go to ‘Profile’ – ‘Users’ – click on your username – then enter your new password in the ‘Password’ and ‘Confirm Password’ fields and click ‘Save’
5. Please then add your payment details so that we can process your March commissions without delay. To do so go to ‘Profile’ – ‘Payment Information’ - ‘Edit’ - enter your details and click ‘Save’
6. As per the previously communicated schedule, please update all your existing iGame brand tracking links to NetRefer links by Friday 24th March. New banners and links are available via ‘Media’ - ‘Media Gallery’
7. If you have any questions please contact your Affiliate Manager

Some data may appear in a slightly different format on NetRefer than previously displayed in Income Access, this is due to discrepancies in how Income Access and NetRefer classify and date player activity. In addition, we are still making some final changes to the data transfer process. Please rest assured that your existing and new players and all of their activity is being tracked and stored correctly.

When picking up new tracking links, you will notice that you have access to even more brands: your one account now offers all 9 Kindred Group brands.

If you’d like to add more of our brands to your site/s, please contact us and we will be more than happy to offer you an excellent deal.
