Since we haven't heard back from the representatives we will mark this case unresolved. In case we do receive an update, we will re-open the case and assist further.
Seems like that they have now overhauled the program, migrated to Affilka (without notification) and appointed a new CEO. Interesting to see what happens to old affiliates and old stats and old unpaid commissions...
I had the same issue with payment delays in Nov-Dec 2022 (they paid me finally). However, my 250+ players got basically shaved after they made a rebranding. I am going to start a separate topic here a bit later.
