SUMMARY: Mecca Affiliates have moved the Payment Plan (Commissions Structure) to their website from the Terms, but have not changed the plan itself. In addition, they are more strict on websites and actively marketing their products.
Marketing Activity
The< Affiliate undertakes: a)to use its best efforts to actively and effectively advertise, market and promote the Mecca Bingo Website as widely as possible in order to maximize the benefit to the parties and to abide with such guidelines of the Company as may be forwarded from time to time and/or made accessible online;b), online. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if at any time the Affiliate ceases to operate the Affiliate Website; b)to market the Mecca Bingo Website and refer potential players to Mecca Bingo at its own cost and expense.
Commissions Plan
6.1The Company shall pay the Affiliate a commission calculated on the net revenue generated from customers referred via the Link on the Affiliate Website. The commission shall be a percentage of the net revenue as set out below: Net Revenue £ in the Commission % 1 - 4,999 25 5,000 - 14,999 30 > 15,000 35 Payment Plan, displayed on the Affiliate Program Website.
SUMMARY: This is marked as warning due to the verbiage, but is very close to predatory if they apply the 'actively' marketing to termination.
