Makeberry (Winspirit & Rocketplay) No response + Lost commission

I'm trying to reach the Makeberry team via Teams, Telegram, Email ( found Anna M at Affiliateguarddog), opened a ticket but no response.

I've generated some commission at Winspirit in March, but not visible on the balance.
