Ive had the same experience. Basically for me what's happened is I started off with a bang, got a healthy monthly income from it after several months. Then almost overnight it throttled back (thats what it feels like) to a decent amount, but nothing like before. Now I have no growth in income although I still send players.

I think the main problem with Mainstreet is that players can find so many more great RTG casinos to play at that pay them their winnings within 48 hours whereas with Mainstreet they will take upward to 2 weeks to pay players and I'm not just talking about USA players here but all players. That is totally unacceptable in the player community nowadays.

Too, too many more RTG's that pay them a hell of a lot faster! This delayed player payment issue has been discussed many times over at Casinomeisters site. ;)

I know I saw those posts at CM. They really need to be competitive. The bonus offers may also be stale now compared to other RTG's.

Mainstreet used to be one of my better performing programs, but they fell off about 6 months ago big time. I do trust them though, I still have a good amount in monthly deposits even though I am not converting that great here nowadays.

But they do need to get with the times. I still don't understand why certain casinos don't stay competitive with bonuses. We have lucky red, cherry red, slots oasis ect... all trusted giving away 400% up to $2400 and $4K, then we have mainstreet giving away a wopping 125% up to $125. I mean really, if I am a player and I have a list of 5 rtg casinos, why would I want to take advantage of a 125% bonus when I could get a $4K bonus next door. My thinking has always been the same here, 95% of the players never cashout, so offer them the world if its going to get them to convert.

And if other rtg casinos are paying out in 48 hours, then I would hire 5 more back office people and offer payouts in 24 hours or less, GUARANTEED!!! But I wouldn't keep it a secret like other casinos with fast payouts do, I would use it as a selling tool with huge font starring them in the face on the homepage. Mainstreet brands could probably get a huge influx in business with a few changes, but right now I don't see a whole lot of reasons why a player would choose them over another trusted rtg brand. I like them over there, but they need to get mad, competitive, take off the gloves or something.

I have 28 registrations this month, and no new depositor.
Did not have a new depositor there since ages!

I totally agree, they need way to long to pay,
I had a cashout some time ago at Slots Plus, it needed over 2 weeks to be in my neteller!

2nd is the playthrough on bonuses,
its 40 times deposit + bonus, way to high, there are many other good RTG's who have 20x dep + bonus.

I can understand why people better play somewhere else.

One other thing about Mainstreet. I had a player account there. Then started getting SPAM to that email -- using my USERNAME from Slots Plus.

I confronted Jason about this, who investigated and said that he'd look into it. He confirmed the database was stolen by someone there and then used. I think this kind of thing really hurts us. I still get SPAM to "Barnard Rartard" a name I clearly haven't used anywhere else.

We traced it to some other RTG casino (I posted about this here but the post did not gain much attention) - and he said (Jason) that he had a ticket into RTG to find out about this, and he'd get back to me --- who owned the other casino, etc. (as their details were hidden in whois) .... nobody ever got back to me and I lost a lot of faith in this program after that.

The main part of the commission I get is from old payers.......the traffic I send will probably not convert.....They definately need to be more competitive other than thinking about fast loading webpages.......and fast payouts are essential.....you want to get paid fast so does the player....

Jason should answer questions, neglect and poor communication is the basis for a poor trust rank nowadays.
