Lucky10 Affiliates not paying, not responding! - RESOLVED

Hello,

On January we started working with Lucky10 Casino. We have pushed the brand for a short period of time and their platform (MyAffiliates) was showing 6 regs and nothing more.
On early March we decided to ask them if there was any FTD's in January since we know our traffic. They replied after 2 weeks to let us know that there were actually 5 ftd's that weren't visible in our side due to MyAffiliates issues.
They have promised to pay us but since then they dissapeared. We also tried their contact form, not working as well.

Which contact do you have? The guys and ladies from TAG Media are involved to this aff program if you havnt contacted them already.

Tag media? I haven't been contacted by them yet but i have one direct contact to Lucky10, which does not respond anyway. But thanks for the info, i will ask Tag Media as well

We got an update to this after Tag Media involved. Next week we should have the payment, we also got an email from Lucky10, i will update the forum with news.
