Hi there,

Sorry for not replying earlier. It has been a crazy few days.

*Betreels has switched to a new affiliate program.

Could you please register a new account here and update your links. We are still integrating a mailing solution into the affiliate program, so you won’t immediately receive an email when joining or are approved. We will contact you privately once your account is active.

Unfortunately, all this happened rather quickly and we were not able to migrate player data from Income Access. Management is trying to reach an agreement on data sharing.

I would like to apologise for the inconvenience, however we feel the new software, provided by Wynta is a lot easier to use and navigate.
  1. We will maintain the same awesome commission structure moving forward, i.e. no deductions, no admin fee, no quotas and no negative carry over.
  2. If there is any money owing to you, please can you send an invoice to Betreels Affiliates (with your wire information) to affiliates@betreels.com
  3. We have banners in English and Finnish for casino and Sportsbook. Banners for South Africa, Canada (Canadian French), India, Japan, Latam will be added shortly.
If you have any questions, please write to us.

Regards,
Jonathan

*As most of you know, we launched with Income Access (IA) in February, 2021. 2 Weeks after launch, an error was detected and reported to IA. It took weeks to get the error fixed. Then another error and another and another. This resulted in 7 months of us not been able to market the new casino and Sportsbook to affiliates. We ended up spending a lot of money keeping the casino and Sportsbook running without traffic coming in. This led to a breakdown in the relationship with IA and us needing a new affiliate program.

And throughout this time you never once informed affiliates of the issue, just continued accepting (stealing) players?

What happens to the players you have stolen from affiliates?

@admins they should be marked rogue in my opinion

We had 4 days and we under legal advice to not say anything publicly. Please advise how your players were stolen?

Of course you were, I can't access the old panel and can't see what revenue players are currently generating. "we were not able to migrate player data from Income Access. Management is trying to reach an agreement on data sharing." I am guessing that you are not going to get this data, e.g. you will have accepted these players without paying revenue share that is owed to affiliates on these players going forward and since these issues started.

It's simple.

If you send traffic that converts, but isn't tracked, you won't get rewarded for this players. Hence, they're stolen. That's no rocket science.

The "under legal advice" part sounds like "yeah, we know we've stolen them, but legal guy adviced us to not confirm this at public forums".

Still owed august commission from them. Send the invoice but they can't check the 'data' from IA, so they ask me for a screenshot or monthly commission mailers (never received one of those).

And worse all the players i've send are gone aswell since they migrated to a new platform - without migrating the players with them, as mentioned above.

We are (or should be) well versed in the fact Income Access (IA) should not be trusted as a affiliate software provider, given, they hold a severe conflict of interest. I'm surprised folks don't research who they work with or what affiliate software they use.

The other thing, probably more troubling is...Dieter (betreels owner?) pulled an almost identical stunt, when, he shafted Refilliates back in 2016.

(thread commenced - July 26'th, 2016)

Affiliates were not paid, and tagged players were stolen.

Sadly, this latest fiasco sounds/reads like yet another wash - rinse - repeat.

Edited - typo on Refaffiliates - should be Refilliates
