LiveScore Bet Affiliates – Nigeria revenue showing but commission remains £0 / NGN 0​

Hi everyone,

I’m fairly new to the iGaming affiliate business, so I’m posting here partly to find out whether I’m misunderstanding something obvious.

I’ve been promoting LiveScore Bet and I’m actually interested in continuing because I’m seeing some promising early conversion activity, particularly from Nigeria.

The problem is that my affiliate reporting is showing player deposits, wagering and net revenue, but my commission is not moving at all.

For example, my Nigerian traffic has generated:

• 3 registrations
• 2 first deposits
• NGN 61,350 in deposits
• NGN 183,442 in sportsbook wagering
• NGN 8,300.87 in net revenue

However, the reporting still shows:

• % Commission: NGN 0
• Sportsbook Commission: NGN 0
• CPA Commission: NGN 0
• Total Commission: NGN 0

I can also see individual player activity. One player deposited NGN 55,150 and wagered NGN 172,700, while another deposited NGN 6,200 and wagered NGN 10,742. Both still show 0 commission.

There are also individual days with positive sportsbook net revenue, for example NGN 31,850, NGN 14,950, NGN 13,650 and several smaller positive amounts, but the commission column remains at zero throughout.

I completely understand that revenue share can fluctuate because players win and lose, and I’m not expecting every deposit or wager to automatically generate commission.

What I don’t understand is why the commission percentage itself appears to be 0.0000 and why no commission is being calculated even on days where sportsbook net revenue is positive.

My affiliate manager for the Nigerian GEO is Kingsley Amanze. All of my depositing players so far are from Nigeria.

My UK/IE affiliate manager is Emily Matthews. She has normally been very responsive — usually within a couple of hours — but communication seems to stop specifically when I ask how the commission is supposed to work or why it is currently showing zero.

That’s the part making me wonder whether there is simply a setting, qualification requirement, deal activation or reporting delay that I’m unaware of.

I don’t want to unfairly accuse anyone of anything. I would actually like to continue promoting LiveScore Bet because I think I can generate more FTDs.

I just need someone to explain:

1. Is my Nigeria account actually configured for revenue share or CPA?
2. What commission percentage/deal should currently be applied?
3. Is there an NGR calculation or qualification requirement that explains the zero?
4. Is commission calculated daily, monthly, or only finalized after the end of the month?
5. Could my affiliate account simply have been activated for tracking but not for commission?
6. If the commission setup was missing, would the players I already referred be credited retroactively once it is corrected?

I’d appreciate hearing from anyone familiar with LiveScore Bet / Income Access reporting, especially if there is something obvious in these numbers that I’m missing.

I’m not concerned about the amount of money involved right now — it’s pennies at this stage. I’m concerned about understanding the deal before I send significantly more traffic.
