Jackpotter (Bravo Entertainment Ltd) refusing to pay $430 streamer balance after rollover completed

Hi everyone,

I want to report an issue with Jackpotter.com (operated by Bravo Entertainment Limited, licensed under Anjouan Gaming).

The deal we agreed (in writing):
  • $200 daily streaming balance
  • 10× rollover requirement
  • $0.20 minimum bet size
  • 1–2 hour minimum stream time
  • $800 monthly withdrawal limit
  • Ongoing promotion (2–3 weekly social posts/videos)
What happened:
  • We streamed 3 days, met the bet size and stream time requirements, and fully completed the 10× rollover.
  • We requested payout of ~$430 winnings.
  • Jackpotter refused, first claiming we hadn’t posted enough social media content.
  • Later they changed the excuse, saying our audience wasn’t as expected (despite us disclosing Central Europe, Canada, and India in our very first message).
  • Social media content was clearly stated as a weekly ongoing deliverable, not a prerequisite for first payout. Rollover was completed on day 3 — there were still 4 days left in that first week, and we already had content in backlog ready to post.
  • Withholding payout under these shifting excuses is retroactive and unfair.
Steps taken so far:
  • Filed an official complaint with Anjouan Gaming Authority on 27th of August.
  • Jackpotter responded to the regulator repeating that social posts were an “immediate requirement,” which was never stated in the agreement.
  • No resolution yet, regulator hasn’t closed the case.
Key problem:
All explicit payout requirements (rollover, bet size, stream length) were met. Jackpotter is blocking payment by misinterpreting long-term deliverables as instant conditions. This is moving the goalposts after the fact.

I’m sharing this here to:
  1. Warn other affiliates/streamers about Jackpotter.
  2. See if anyone else has had issues with them.
  3. Ask for advice on best next steps to put more pressure on this operator.
