Well, I am 100% sure it will cost money,
I see also a stats drop in some MG's
and players telling me they just go now to try other softwares
playtech seems to be the runner now, they have now awesome slots
sorry all you from usa cannot try them out, I did it and all I can say is wow.
Really a big improvement for playtechs.
Also RTG will benefit from this MG screw up.

I do expect to see a significant drop at the casinos that have downgraded to the new software.

Rewards hasn't downgraded their software, which is good because players will be able to play easily without having to f*ck around with monitor settings, RAM, etc.

On the other hand, Rewards won't be receiving the newest games, which could also negatively affect earnings. :emoticon-0106-cryin

And on the third hand, like Marina said, this whole mess will probably cause a lot of turnover. Players will leave MGS and search for new places to play, which will mean increased revenue for non-MGS casinos and affiliate programs.

Our Brightshare earnings are well down on consistent levels that have been in force for over 2 years. We're on target to earn less than half of last month, and that is without any player making a major win - deposits are way down too.

We've been trying to work out why, maybe this is it. I thought the new software was crap when I saw it but I assumed they did their testing and found that the majority of players liked it. I should have known better...
