Interesting Screenshot Rival/RTG or Memorex !!

I was looking at a few banners awhile ago and came across this interesting screenshot in the "add banners section" of my Ruby Royal affiliate account. Interesting may be an understatement! Notice the address bar location... :emoticon-0126-nerd: Someone please tell me how that just accidentally happens! This should give a whole new meaning to cross promotion...lol

So would this maybe mean that Ruby Royal, Roulette69 and Cherry Red will now be representing all three major software brands under one roof now? Since we already know of the shared ownership of Ruby Royal/Roulette69

Sorry about this, we were testing various banner sizes within the affiliate system before we launched the program and this one it seems we forgot to remove. An honest mistake, the banner has been removed.

I am also interested to find out while Cherry Red banners are in an other casino's marketing tools.

But the answer rubyroyal gave seems to suffice. In fact its a compliement to see they where using our banners.

Guys, as stated previously and confirmed by Ben, there is no connection between C-planet and Ruby. This was a mistake on ourside, before we went live we were uploading some test banners to see how the system works and we forgot to remove the banner after.

Apologies again, there is no hidden agenda here, there is no connection with C-Planet, just a silly mistake.

hehe - these guys are definitely NOT connected, BTW.

Testing your backend (especially where you do not have a banner of an appropriate size) is not a sin. haha. Kind of a humorous mistake - and Cherry Red is getting a little promo for it now.


Just a guess, but a simple mistake I am sure.

Interesting but a fair and reasonable explanation given. Good catch IMO Guru it would have certainly peeked my interest. I have seen this sort of thing before. Some programs if you look into their backlinks carry all sorts of competitors skins. Last time I checked anyway.

Hi all,

first thing that came to my mind is that perhaps they use the same banner designer and one got mixed in with the other.

I know Rewards Affs have over the years had a similar situation in which the designer is also an aff. He adds his/her site address to the banners he uses on his site ... and sometimes he/she "forgets" and the banners go into RA's banner system.

No huge thing other than it promotes the affs website because it has it in print on the banner.

Something Brent was always quick to remove once I pointed it out lol.

I don't think i've seen that happen for a few years now however so that was a while back. Quite a while since I"m mentioning Brent instead of his equally competent but much better looking replacement ... Renee. (actually I've never seen Brent, I'm sure he's quite a handsome fellow but Renee just has something that he does't have ... or should i have worded that the other way around?
