I'm looking for a niche to diversify my $150k in capital.

With $150k, I’d definitely look into the sweepstakes casino model in the US. It’s an interesting niche, but the regulatory side varies by state.

I’d talk to established providers like NuxGame, SoftSwiss and others about a turnkey sweepstakes platform rather than building everything from scratch. That leaves more capital for marketing, compliance and working capital.
I have already checked out some of these options. However, the main issue is that the initial price tag never reflects the whole truth.... revenue share, transaction fees, customizations and compliance might turn things around completely.

However, when you have only $150k on hand, there are not many ways to go but use an existing platform rather than developing everything from scratch. At least at this point, I am not sure about the provider yet

I would be too nervous not to use an existing platform. $150k is a ton of money no matter how you slice it! I personally have never bothered to read about this USA sweepstakes thingy! Now that you're bringing it up, I might give it a look!

You look to invest 150k into an igaming venture which you run and own? Without an idea about the business. Or traffic generation, or ...
An what do you do after launch? Your 150 are burned and gone within 60 days of setup and some basic marketing.
Advice: put your bucks into some decent gambling/weapon/pharma ETF and avoid the lesson you are not up to learn.

The thing is, this is specifically a budget for the business, not for investing. In my case, I’ve already made the investment. I have a five-person media buying team that has worked on other projects. And right now, I’m researching the sweepstakes business in the U.S., since it’s a growing niche with a large market and great prospects. I was wondering if there might be someone here with experience in this area...
