1- they are linked to YOUR account and not another affiliates

2- The even track

In my landing pages found discrepancies, not one but several of mine.


Some will show clicks in the backend, BUT check to see if the downloads are there also.

and it directs to a custom LP for CasinoGuide offering a 30 free.

Rival screws up big time!

Now affiliatewide is one of the better programs,
and I am sure they will do everything to solve this asap.

But, how many other Rival Stats have been not ok in the past due that?
How will we ever know?

This was a a mistake on our end and not something that Rival did. We simple put the wrong URL in the backend for a few affiliates by mistake; however, the tracking that you have is YOUR tracking info - simply, the non coded URL was uploaded.

Like any other campaign, when created however, it will track to you, despite the URL being different.

This has all been sorted now. We apologize for the mixup. We are double checking everything to make sure that each specific creative is only available in the particular backend assigned to the affiliate.

Hmm...well, inconclusive test. I've got clicks, but no downloads for my exclusive landing pages. Will need to get someone else to check this out for me, though, just to be sure. Right now, I just don't know what I'm seeing.

Quick Update: OK, slightly slow stats update at Ruby Royal, but the exclusive landing page there is tracking just fine.
