Naaa thats the point here I guess. He is not operator nor a network. Just an affiliate who incentive his traffic with his "cashback" offers in those scammy scheme.

He can't pay more from his own normal commission than 25%

These types of affiliate managers really have no idea.. it's not 25% you can make.. but from my traffic which produces xxxxxxx I will choose your brand to be the reciever and we will split on a fair deal for both
