HOW? Excluding Internal Anchor Links from SERPS

Google has this annoying habbit of inserting alt text from our internal anchor links into the SERPS. Sometimes it's tolerable, other times it is egregiously screwing up the results and certainly negatively impacting our CTR.

How do I stop crap like this from happening (this is mobile search results)?

I dont know if you can.......they seem to do what they want if it want. If the text is on your site they show it where and how they want. Same as meta descriptions. Maybe try as on one of the Google web master forums and see if a rep can answer?
