How do casino calulcate bonus cost?

Hey everyone, I thought this might be the best place to ask this question.

Example:
Player deposits $100 and takes a 100% bonus
$100 + $100 = $200

Lets say they play through the whole amount.
How does the bonus amount show up on reporting? Is the whole "$100" bonus amount subtracted from the GGR?

I think a good way to see some examples of bonus deductions and how it affects the net gaming revenue would be to see the various revenue share audits we have done.
