Hey Bernie,

I don't do any good with them but in all fairness, RTG casinos are not really my strong point.

They seem like good people, I just can't make a buck with them.

Good luck!

In a word: CRAP

$0.00 with them this year.
Same with Grande Vegas and Jackpot Capital.
Waste of web-space... :(

KK

Wow, they are one of the best bets for US players. Do you promote grande Vegas's ongoing bonuses? They have free chips and tourneys, etc. show up in the casino message center 3 times a month.

Also if there is any credence to the rumor that there are no weekly limits on withdrawals that should get some feet beating toward them?

These guys completely annoy me. They have good casinos for players but the affiliate program sucks and the managers are incompetent. They have never ever replied to a single email I have sent them, even after I have replied directly to personalised emails they have sent to me, and I have tried from several addresses. I guess its possible they are all going to the spam bin but how stupid would you have to be to not add your own affiliates' email addresses to a whitelist or something?

Their standard commission rates are low, but every so often they send out a mailer offering an "extraordinary 30% commission" for the next month only, which is obviously laughable. But good luck trying to get a higher one because I can't contact them, ever.

Compared to say Affiliate Edge, their conversion rates are low for our traffic.

In addition they transferred all our U.S. players from All Slots USA when it closed down to Jackpot Capital via a personalised mailer with instructions on how to do an organised balance transfer, and they have never credited any of it to the affiliates who sent the players. Hardly an ethical bunch of people.

So .. to summarise:

1. Shitty commission rate - check.
2. Uncontactable - check.
3. Poor conversion rate - check.
4. Took players referred to another program without crediting affiliates - check.

Don't waste your time.

You know and I know who these guys are it is the MGS arrogance showing. As a player I love them. Would I put a campaign together for an affiliate with them in a starring position? Hell no.

@KK

Did you pump up your Grande Vegas page for the give-aways and link to Slotastic? You should be able to pull at least 15 real players a week to this casino based on your public traffic stats. Need some help buddy? I'm here for ya.

Hey bro...I'm really surprised with Slotastic considering that I have the #2 link in Google only behind Slotastic! Ain't doing crap with this program, I'm starting to think that their retention sucks.

I thought when I got the email from Greg Powell on Aug. 19th saying he was the new Account Manager there at Slotastic that things might just turn around and I would see the numbers go up but alas, NOTHING!

Had to recently remove them from the better spots as well.

Jessica Anderson,
Slotastic! Affiliate Manager

Maybe, just maybe...the type of communication and newsletters that slotastic have been sending out to affiliates now for quite some time have something to do with the lack of good conversions by this program.

I mean, seriously...is this the type of business "newsletter" that you would normally expect to get from your marketing partner?

How is this type of 'affiliate newsletter' really beneficial to anyone here?

Someone please explain this to me as I am missing the boat on this one!

And...if this is their thinking toward affiliates, then it seriously makes me wonder how they are trying to convert and retain the players that we send them....Sorry, but I ain't getting this.

From a player's prospective.

I recently starting playing with this group because of the reputation of fast payouts and no major complaints.

Granted they are quite generous with the bonuses and sometimes a freebie but the bonuses are quite high in play-through and the freebies are crazy high. My experience with online chat support leaves a lot to be desired. My email to support wasn't even answered. I contacted the rep on CM and it was taken care of but what about those players who don't know about CM and have no inside link to a rep?

Also the LuckyClub thing is confusing, they said they sold it but yet it's the JC group who makes the announcement about the new software and people have asked who is the owner and there is no response from JC for days now.

Also they recently increased their pending time on withdrawals and well we all know what that means. Now it's going to take days, probably at least a week or more to get your cashout if you in the US. Players over at CM have addressed this with complaints and questions. No one responds. The rep also had the nerve to state that the increase on the pending time is a benefit to players. ;D

Is it just me or do other players have similar experiences, if so then that could explain some of why you aren't making money.

Yes, I agree, it does appear that there is some major discrepancy here in that announcement. I do hope that Bryan is not dodging Annie's question here Rep Friendly Lucky Club - Baptism by fire and either him or the Rep will answer there.

It does seem real strange tho, that neither him nor the Rep has bothered to reply there, even moreso considering he is announcing Lucky Clubs welcome into the Baptism by Fire section.
