Hero Affiliates AWOL?

So apparently aff manager Angelica quit and since then I heard nothing from Hero Affiliates. I wrote to ask them when they're pulling out of the UK, but no answer. I mailed them several times trying to get in touch with them, but nothing. Also, I have not been paid my commission either.

Anyone knows how to get in touch with them and have ya'll been paid?

André Nordberg is the new affiliate manager who replaces Angelica.

The program itself seems to be a mess. I had to chase them for months to get payments, they reply just when they feel like, they close countries without informing affiliates, etc.

They pay on time now. Not working actively with them anymore.

Thanks Biti. Yes, it's been a mess indeed. Might have to remove them. Not doing that great for me and cant be arsed to chase aff managers around.

I got an email from them about closing Uk market on April 30th.

"Friday 3rd May will be the last day in which the Hero Affiliates tracking links will track new UK traffic in exchange for commissions. New players from the UK will still be allowed to register on Casino Heroes, but you will not earn any commissions from them - therefore, you are requested to remove from your websites all reviews (with tracking links) and imagery (banners, pop-ups, pop-unders, etc) with which you are directly targeting UK traffic by this Friday."

Keith from Hero Affiliates contact us on 17 May. They asked for the bank details to make make the payments but we have not received it yet. I have just sent an email to ask them today. I will keep you posted.
