It's illegal to promote short duration betting events in Australia or specifically targeting Australian players.
This includes poker games, all casino games, and "live" sports betting.

So the only legal online betting avenue is licensed sports bookmakers.

Many people seem to ignore this - but they don't live in Australia - and feel that they are beyond the reach of Australian law enforcement.

If you are actually Australian - and not a bot - I'd consider a different niche.
