First Grande Vegas stats system did not track correctly when they launched screwing us out of how many players and this was never rectified, so it was players lost. I gave them a second chance.

Now they short everyone's commissions to deal with the MC fiasco, and ONLY after the fact we are paid and by prodding did we find out why payments were light. All the other programs are giving us the heads up as to what was going to happen, but Grande Vegas decides to keep closed lipped and let us discover it on our own. This is not the way to deal with so called "partners'.

Hi Belgamo,

I would have replied much sooner. I have been waiting for account activation to reply since last Tuesday.

You and I have always communicated well and there has never been a lack of communication between us or any other marketing partner.
My management and I always do our very best to ensure that we are transparent and fair on every issue.

I apologise sincerely for communicating this crucial matter to you late.
The fact is that the communication on this issue was late as opposed to you thinking we wanted to be closed lipped about it - That certainly was not the case and we definitely did not and would never attempt to hide it.

It was purely my mistake in not getting the e-mail out in time before payments went out.
The bottom line is payments were late due to the confirmation of figures I made a call on getting payments out first rather than leaving it another minute later.
You know we are a good program and you have experienced firsthand my desire to provide the best service and value to Grande Vegas Affiliate partners.
Anyhow – to make a long story short: I am only human and I made a mistake that I’m really sorry for.

Hopefully the storm will pass soon and both the casino partners and affiliates partners in the gaming industry will not find themselves poised in situations like this again!

Kind Regards,
Melanie

Why'd you remind me belgamo. :p I was trying to block that out LOL. We did a whole campaign with emails to our lists and all. No tracking, no players, no compensation. We did get an apology at that time too and immediately stopped promoting.

You are a very nice person Melanie and mistakes are made. We are all human.

I just don't know how many players affiliates sent Grande Vegas for free and how many players are still playing with no compensation to the affs that sent them. To me this is one of the top worse case scenerios of all time.

Hi Mojo,

Being a new program at the time yes we had a bumpy start, which BTW I also try and forget:) There was a casino site update at that time where the ONE download link wasn’t correct. That’s why some players tracked and the ones coming from that specific download link did not. It took me a lot of investigating to see where the problem was as you know. Which when I found corrected asap.
With all new programs in their first months you as established affiliates know the risks when it comes to new programs. I am not justifying our fault this issue was unfortunate, however a thing of the past. I respect your decision to stop promoting when you saw an issue.
Yes there was a bumpy start, now a year old in May we have progressed and grown in strength becoming a program of great proportions certainly ready to take on bigger and better things with an excellent brand at hand and our management team at the realm ready to achieve everything an affiliate desires in a program.
I cannot stress this more that affiliates are our partners which will and are always treated as such. And at this stage of our existence there should only be faith in our operations and what is destined for our future together.

Kind Regards,
