Hi everyone!
I want to share an unfortunate experience with Genesis.
We started working with Genesis in the beginning of the spring, negotiated all the details of the deal and passed the KYC. It was arranged with the manager that no more documents would be required.
We increased traffic volumes after receiving the first payment. But when they had to pay on the next month 200,000 euros, they referred to the fact that they had problems with the bank and delayed a month or two with the payment. All this time there was an ongoing dialogue with the Genesis manager. She assured us that everything would be fine, it was just a delay. We believed her and continued to send traffic.
During that time, we ran up a debt of 409,000 euros, and when we realized that they were already refusing to pay us directly, we stopped the traffic. We tried with all our might to establish contact and conduct a productive cooperation. After stopping the traffic they started demanding personal documents and ubo for no reason.
At this stage the attorneys were already involved. They could not answer to all requests of our lawyers to explain this request, they just kept repeating "give us the documents". As a result, we made a compromise, sent all the necessary documents with the hope of resolving this situation. But it was not enough for them! Genesis stopped responding for a month already and just ignored all our messages and requests.
Has a similar situation happened to anyone? We will be glad for any help.
