Sounds like bad news So they let another group within their OWN company deal with the affiliates and claim they don't need to honor any deals in place? Or what are they saying.

Due to inter-group restructuring process, as from January 1st, 2022, all engagements made between Exodus Media N.V. and our affiliates will assigned be to another company within the Genesis Group called:
From 1st January 2022 onwards, Exodus Media N.V. will no longer be a party to any agreement with you.

It is nothing new. I can remember they were changing company names/countries and so on before. Never had problems with them and I am cooperating with Genesis for about 5 years.
