G1- Genesys One- Stat Issue(RESOLVED)

Writing on behalf of Streak , we have noticed they have not populated over commissions from the month of March for payment due in April.
I have contacted Janine on skype, and email and have no response.. Crickets. I have been trying to get answers since the first of the month for a response. I have also emailed the excel date showing the $ due for April payment. Check your stats and watch this program really close! It isn't much $ but it is the no response for weeks that is annoying

I don't think that ever says the amount owed. The amount owed is where it says "Last Payment" even
when the payment has yet to be made. We have not been paid by them yet, but they pay around this time.
