SUMMARY: Frontline Gaming Partners are predatory due mainly to the reinstatement of a minium activity clause.
Derivative Domains and PPC Bidding
Affiliate is restricted from purchasing any domains that include ''WannaBet'', 'betED'' or WannaBet, or bidding on any keywords or keyword phrases that include, but are not limited to, WannaBetbetED, WannaBet.combetED.com, betED Sportsbook, betED Casino, betED Poker, betED Sportsbook, Casino and Poker Room, WannaBet, or WannaBetCasino in any format in any pay per click (PPC) search engine. This includes, but is not limited to, the following search engines: Overture, Google, Kanoodle, FindWhat, ePilot and Ah-ha. Affiliate is restricted from setting up any site redirects from any page on their website or network of websites so that the page goes directly to WannaBet.comFrontlineGamingPartners.com. Affiliate is restricted from optimizing any page of their website(s) for keyword or keyword phrases that include, but are not limited to, WannaBetbetED, WannaBet.combetED.com, betED Sportsbook, betED Casino, betED Poker, betED Sportsbook, Casino and Poker Room, WannaBet or WannaBetCasino in any format.
Commissions Calculation
WannaBet Frontline Gaming Partners will pay the Affiliate a percentage of the Net Revenue for Sportsbook, Poker, and Casino play generated at one of FGP's partner sites as a result of a direct referral by the Affiliate. A bonus percentage will be paid for Net Revenue amounts exceeding the threshold amounts set out below: Referral Commission Player 30% Table 1. Player Commissions NET Revenue/Mo. Commission Bonus $0-$20,000base $20,001-$50,000 +5% $50,001-$100,000 +10% Table 2. Revenue Bonus Percentages Net Revenue is defined as: On All activities: all gross monies from bets made by customers less; monies paid out to Customers as winnings, fraud, charge-backs. Conditions In order for an affiliate to earn commission on a player, the following condition two conditions must be met: The player must have generated Positive Net Revenue over the history of their account, including commissions paid. This is known as the Revenue Threshold. Commission paid on the player must be less than the Maximum Potential Commission paid out to that affiliate for the player.
MINIMUM ACTIVITY RULE - PREDATORY
Affiliate shall not open more than one Affiliate account without prior written consent from WannaBetFrontline Gaming Partners, nor will Affiliate earn commissions on their own or related persons WannaBetFrontline Gaming Partners account. Affiliates are restricted from referring an individual residing at the same residence or with the same IP. Affiliate will earn commissions for the life of the Customer, on all transactions the Customer undertakes at Frontline Gaming Partner Sites, for as long as the Affiliate remains an active member of the Program. An active member is defined as an Affiliate who remains in good standing and promotes Frontline Gaming Partners to the best of their ability (as stated in section 3, paragraph 1).
Negative Carryover - Per Player
Affiliates participating in the revenue share model will earn commission on a per player basis. Should a player have a negative net revenue balance for a given month, that negative amount will be carried over only for that particular player and will not affect the net revenue generated from other players
MINIMUM ACTIVITY RULE - PREDATORY
This agreement can be terminated at any time without prior notice if the Affiliate is not an active member of the Program.
Termination
Affiliate and WannaBet Frontline Gaming Partners will be released from all obligations and liabilities to each other occurring or arising after the date of such termination, except with respect to those obligations that by their nature are designed to survive termination, as set out in this Agreement.
MINIMUM ACTIVITY RULE - PREDATORY
Frontline Gaming Partners reserves the right to shut down an account and confiscate historical earnings when account has no activity for a period of 3 consecutive months.
SUMMARY: Stay well away from Frontline Gaming Partners. These terms are essentially as bad or worse than before we got Wannabet Affiliates to remove a Minimum Activity Clause.
