To all those who are not aware, FreakyVegas which is headed by Lucas (Former Videoslots Affiliate Manager) are not tracking UK Players.

There have been many reports of this across at Casinomeister and Lucas has gone AWOL.

I have skyped him, emailed him and others have directed questions to him at Casinomeister. He has not even visited the forum since the October 30th.

Seen him online on Skype a few times but completely ignores my queries and emails. For those of you promoting them, you may be in for a wonderful surprise as you may just have sent them some free traffic.

More info here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/freaky-vegas-8-9-rating.85188/

Yep - Even offered Casinomeister a private deal / compensation but ignores the other affiliates.

Don't know what to make of his silence. I suppose, just another rogue operation. I'm pretty certain I have lost a lot of revenue through UK links. The sad part is how do we even begin proving what we have lost.

Well we most certainly have not received any email notifying us about UK trackers not tracking or whether the stats are not syncing UK traffic. Just checked our player reports and not one UK player since their launch in June. This is a BIG issue and needs to be addressed soon!

He's known about it for a long time and it was public on the 10th of October already. He hasn't even made a single statement on the outcome of investigations nor has he notified any affiliates or replied to anyone about the issue.

Extremely Shady IMHO.

Looks like their own bespoke system, but in the casinomeister thread Lucas does say " when using another platform (in this case we use FSB for our UK market)" Not sure what FSB stands for.

what is worrisome is lack of any update from Lucas and team. Obviously its a serious issue and lack of transparency speaks louder than words...

Haven't even seen Lucas online on skype for a while. I wonder if he also bolted.

Has anyone received a reply or queried him via Skype or email?

We have also blacklisted FreakyVegas because of issues in the past.

Oh well that explains something at least - that message indicates that they were operated by Portomaso Casino, Malta.

They opened their OWN online casino in 2014, but then closed that down only about a year later.

Hopefully they have now learned that online casinos are not for them, and so they wont open anther "fly-by-night" operation giving 1,000's of affiliates unwanted grief
