Fortune Affiliates high number of Locked Player Accounts

On average I see 3-4 player accounts locked each month, I can not see in the casino revenue share report if we get paid for the deposits the players made already.

Is this normal ?

You must query it with your affiliate manager. Chances are that you have a couple of players who made substantial deposits and decided to self-exclude. I'm not a big fan of the stats report of FA since they do not give you a proper player breakdown. How much has been deposited, who self-excluded etc.

Is anyone else also experiencing higher amounts of locked players at FL? I do not work with them, so do not have any experience with this program myself.

If you look at the registered business address on the Platinum Play casino home page it is "Villa Seminia 8, Sir Temi Zammit Avenue, Malta" funny enough this is the same address listed on the Spin Palace, Ruby Fortune & Cabaret Club sites "aka Wagershare". Wonder what the connection is; sister company? maybe they are both using the same business plan these days....

It is a 2 story building to be percise. The address is used as a registered office in Malta by various gaming companies. Other than a lawyer, accountant and a few assistants, no one really works there.
