Focal Click have updated their terms to allow switching of commissions structures at need.
TERMS UPDATE, Commissions, Commissions
1.3 Pay a Referral Fee We will pay you referral fees on the ADJUSTED GROSS NET REVENUE (defined below) we earn from players directed from your site after they open an account with any of the participating Focal Click online casinos and wager for real money. Focal Click pays earnings only on actual monies lost in the casinos and real rake generated in the poker room, less finance fees chargebacks and any bonus money a player might receive.

3. Fee Schedule You will earn a 25 – 35% commission based on the Adjusted Gross Revenue generated by the Customers you refer to the participating Focal Click online casinos. We retain the right to change this commission rate and the method to calculation these fees as we wish.

4. Summary:These changes are mostly minor, but we will need to get some clarification on the differences between NET and Adjusted Gross Revenue (if any).
