I would like to share my recent experience with DuelBits Partners and ask whether other affiliates have faced a similar situation.

In May 2026, we started working directly with DuelBits on a CPA deal of $110 CPA with a $55 baseline. The campaign generated over $11,000 in commissions according to their own reporting system.

On June 11, the affiliate manager informed us that their management was not satisfied with the traffic quality. We immediately engaged in discussions and offered multiple solutions, including reducing the payout and optimizing our traffic sources. During that conversation, we even proposed reducing the payable amount from $11,220 to $8,000 as a goodwill gesture.

DuelBits then offered to continue the partnership under a 40% Revenue Share model instead of CPA. We accepted. At no point during these discussions were we informed that the traffic was considered fraudulent, incentivized, fake, or in violation of their terms.

The affiliate manager instructed us to create a player account for commission payments and explicitly stated that commissions would be paid on June 15. We completed all requested steps.

When payment day arrived, no payment was made. Over the following ten days we repeatedly requested updates and were told that they were still waiting for information internally.

Finally, on June 25, after nearly two weeks of silence, DuelBits informed us that their Risk Team had completed an investigation and decided not to pay anything. The reason given was alleged "FTD boosting", fake players, and multi-accounting.

The problem is that:

  1. No evidence was provided.
  2. No details about the alleged violations were shared.
  3. The traffic quality concerns discussed on June 11 were completely different from the fraud allegations raised on June 25.
  4. They continued communication, migrated us to a new affiliate platform, linked a payment account, and confirmed the payment process while supposedly investigating the traffic.
  5. The fraud allegations only appeared after the payment date had passed.
We are willing to review any legitimate evidence if such evidence exists. However, refusing payment weeks after confirming commissions and after the scheduled payment date, while providing no supporting data, raises serious concerns.

Additionally, we are aware of at least five other affiliates who report experiencing similar payment disputes with DuelBits.

It would be great if you could publicize this situation and maybe help us, since my colleagues and I were all confident that Duelbits has been on the market for a long time and treats its affiliates with respect and knows how to run a business.
