I am writing to publicly expose and lodge an official complaint against the DBBet Partners affiliate program regarding the wrongful freezing of my legitimate earnings, unauthorized contract alteration to RS 0%, and severe misconduct by their affiliate management team.
Despite generating premium, high-value organic traffic for the brand, the company is currently withholding my outstanding commission of $792.44.

* Performance Context: My traffic generated a massive Net Revenue of $2,264.12 for DBbet, backed by 49 Active Players and over 502 system deposits totaling $11,395.56 (a clean 47.83% registration-to-deposit ratio).
The Core Issue & Unjustified Pretext:
My assigned affiliate manager, Ima Shane, abruptly dropped my dashboard commission structure to RS 0% and froze my balance. When confronted on Telegram, she blindly accused me of "scam/fraudulent activities" without presenting a single piece of evidence, and subsequently closed the chat conversation.
The manager pointed out an old backend configuration showing two different Affiliate IDs linked to my single Gmail address. However, as any web developer knows, it is structurally impossible for a regular user to register two accounts with the exact same Gmail address on their platform frontend. This entire setup was executed internally from the admin backend by my previous manager, Anura 2, during my initial onboarding phase.
DBBet is now maliciously using an internal administrative error made by their own staff as a false pretext to seize an affiliate’s hard-earned revenue.
My Demand:
I have acted completely in good faith. I demand DBBet management to conduct a transparent independent audit, re-adjust my account back to the agreed 35% Revenue Share, and release my remaining $792.44 balance immediately.
I am attaching full screenshot evidence of my live dashboard metrics, active player deposit histories, backend ID parameters, and the Telegram logs proving the manager's refusal to provide an audit trail.
I urge the forum community to flag DBBet Partners as an untrustworthy program until this dispute is resolved transparently.
