Converting Sports to Casino Players?

Hey guys.

So I'm about to enter my third month running a niche sports betting site. I've acquired 29 FTDs in that time (21, 4, 4) across 3 sites. It's ticking over nicely, though I shot myself in the foot this week - I dropped an 80/1 tip which came in and wiped out my commission for the month as several backed it. Went from £52 (which was ok for month 2) down to -£224!! Bearing in mind it's a hobby site where I'm doing about 3000 words of content each weekend I'm fine with growth etc.

I'm reasonably happy with the numbers betting each day however NONE of them have gambled on the Casino side of things. Not a penny. I suppose I'm quite arrogant in my assumption that they'd all just hit the roulette wheel as I used to.

Does anyone have any tips on how to nudge them towards the casino? Anything that's worked for you in the past etc?

Evlution Gaming has made some tries to cross sell with Speed Roulette and Dream Catcher for sport players.

Low volatility slots and perhaps new branded slots with plenty of features such as Red Riding Hood might be something?

I cant recall what the CRM guys did when I was working for an operator, but they did not have an easy match. Let me follow up on this if you dont get sufficient answers from others.

Thanks -I should have qualified I'm referring people to several betting sites rather than actually taking bets myself. I'm more wondering if people found a certain type of casino advert gained interest from sports fans for example. My players have turned over £2800 this month across sports but not a single penny on casino - is this normal??

Hey BG - from what I've found is most sports betting players might dabble at the casino or not play at all and casino players might dabble at the sportsbook or not bet al all. U have to ask your affiliate manager to send them a little bonus for the casino to get them to start playing.
