Chilli Partners, can't get my 7576 EUR payment - RESOLVED

Chilli Partners (Brands: Cryptoleo, Getslots, Duxcasino, Heyspin, Pinocasino, Octocasino, Ninecasino) hasn't paid my 7576 EUR commission since I first raised the issue on 12 May 2023.

Initially, I wasn't able to withdraw my commission from my affiliate account due to some glitch. I contacted my manager and he confirmed that I can withdraw my commission in BTC or USDT, but to do so I have to fill out an invoice.

I won't dive into all details, but almost 4 months have passed but my commission still isn't paid. They do not refuse to pay. They promise to pay but simply do not do it again and again.

"Soon", "This week", "I will ask finance department to pay you ASAP", etc. is what I have been told.

Be informed guys about this affiliate program.

Who's your manager ? You know that you don't need an invoice for Getslots, Pino, Dux & Octo (Affilka system) only for Nine, Heyspin & Crypto (Cellxpert) ? Normally you can upload invoice on Cellxpert (Payment request) but if the field is empty there's nothing to upload.

I'm interesting to know to which address you have sent your invoice, because i have also sent our invoice to e-mail. Otherwise i have no idea why they should not pay because we have also no further details in your case.

Okay, sometimes they add commission a bit late on Affilka but in any case you need approval of the payment at this system. In the past weeks there was problems with Neteller on Affilka and i don't know whether is solved.

My manager is Kyle, I sent my invoice to invoice@chillipartners.com (as I was told to do)
