Whereas: Centrebet Pty Ltd, an Australian sports-bookmaker licensed to conduct online betting, and Centrebet Gaming NV Limited , Malta (a Netherlands Antilles Maltese company authorised to conduct online gaming), in this document collectively known as ”Centrebet”, is offering an Affiliate Program; and Affiliates may wish to market and promote the Centrebet casino, poker room, and sports-book and fixed odds games for reward; then These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Centrebet and the Affiliate. By submitting the application form or linking to the Centrebet Site or Sites, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
