CasinOK not paying?

I’ve had a very disappointing experience working with Casinok.

For some reason, instead of having one account manager, I ended up dealing with three, and communicating on Telegram with:
  • @lenaarz25
  • @DennisCasinoK
Back in July, they confirmed that I was owed €1440, and since then I’ve been following up constantly. Every time, the answer was “we will solve it,” “give us a minute,” or they simply stopped replying at all. Now they’ve started ignoring the messages completely.

To make things worse, they deleted our account without resolving any of the issues.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend working with them.
