Casino program that accepts polish players

Hi
I`m looking for a casino program that accepts players from Poland. I can bring a lot of traffic and a lot of players.
What I need:
- casino that still accepts players from Poland
- I need polish layout
- I prefer CPA program - I don`t want to do revshare anymore as right now I`m loosing all my past customers because of new regulations in Poland and many casinos close accounts of polish players.

I used to work with few big sites and bring in hundreds of players.

You will have to go for casinos which are not licenced in the UK or EU - basically the same sort of casinos that Americans have to chose from: mostly RTG or Rival Gaming.
But tread VERY carefully - there are a LOT of rogue operators on these softwares. And you will still have to check if each individual one accepts Poles.
I have no idea what sort of CPA deals might be available, as I've only ever worked on rev-share.
I can recommend a few to look at if you'd like...?

The top 3 operators who do well for me are:
Casino Extreme (RTG)
Deckmedia (10 different casinos across 4 softwares).
Superior Casino (Rival)

But like I say - you will need to check what CPA deals (if any) you can get and if they still accept Poland after the new regulations...

{Edit} I just spoke to Extreme: They do take Polish players - but don't offer any "freebies" to them as the country is rife with "bonus abusers".
If you sign up, you can talk to your AM about a CPA deal. They don't generally do them, but have the flexibility to make one if required.

A few days ago I received a message from EnergyPartners about as: EnergyBet stops accepting players from Poland but EnergyCasino is still available without restrictions.

By default option is Revenue Share, and when it comes to CPA, you have to deal with it individually.

Check my signature. RevenueLab (af2af) network. They have many brands for all markets, include Polish. I also have traffic from Poland and work with several brands via this network. No minimum payment, no any quotas, RevShare start from 35% and never decrese (may only grow to 45%)
