Sad day, the news outta BCP also, does not sound good, I am sure that will be coming public tomorrow sometime.

BTW -I think you guys have it all wrong with Nicke being in on it, most likely he's gonna be unemployed. No time to pick on the one guy you want to keep in contact with to get the real story from if he's let go.

For the life of me though I can not fiquire out why stop taking ALL traffic. Why not stay in the non USA facing market?

let's just hope when it goes quarterly we are all paid, I have that bad feeling that will be when the pull the plug completely. Sucking every last penny they can and then, like you someone said "escape to the tropics".

I love TheGamblingGuru's reply haha ;D

Hopefully BCP and Affactive will remain in the USA market. Surely there is not threat to these casinos if they change their domain to .co.uk, what can the US do about that?

I guess this is the future of the USA market, programs coming and going (hopefully more staying than going). Hope things get better for all of us soon, how can they get much worse?

Affiliates that are on a revenue share model will be paid on a quarterly basis for all players referred to Casino Coins beginning on June 1st, 2011.

LOL. They never pay me more often than that anyway.

This doesn't bode well at all.

In the hope that this doesn't become more widespread, can anyone recommend another Vegas Tech casino to promote other than BCP?

Cheers,

Cheers,

That's it, there aren't any others...those were the only two programs.

Bashing ?

Why would you bash the affiliate manager ?

1. Nick is an employee, he wont be going to the tropics if they close , he will be looking for a job.

2. The affiliate program has 1000's of affiliates, they have obviously blanket e-mailed everyone , and some have ended up in spam , some have wrong details and unfortunatley some may have been missed.

3. you obviously have no idea of how the US market runs, and how difficult it is to process, with daily limits being changed , cards and e-wallets going up and down, chasing processors for payments , most US facing casino's take huge losses, funds get seized ( the affiliate dosen't absorb this cost apart form some Rival's)

4. Then on top of that , Affiliate managers have to beg for traffic and pay ridiculous rev-shares of 45% + to get top spots , which leave the profit margin to almost nothing.

5. Suffer abuse from affiliates , abuse from their bosses.

6. The bosses aren't making a profit , and have the threat of being indicted , arrested, on top of processors not paying them.

So if i was coins i'd also pull out quit.
At least they are doing it in the best way possible and promissing to pay affiliates , but go ahead shoot them coz they e-mailed a few affiliates with wrong names , drop the egos and get a life.

BTW I don't work for coins and have never sent them traffic.

This is probably how it all went down around 5:00PM today...

Nick's Boss: Nick, let's close shop and head to the tropics...

Nick: I'm ready boss, let's go, just help me send a few emails out and we will be outta here...

Nick's Boss: No problem, let's do it now and I will get online and get us a couple tickets and we will be outta here before you can say... "phuck da affiliates"!!

Nick: What affiliates...

Nick's Boss: ROTFLMAO, Nick..you are so funny...;D

The reason affiliates were not notified is because it was a decision given to Nick on the day it was announced. He didn't have any time to notify. While that does suck (should that be phsuck, TGG? ha ha ha), it isn't Nick's fault at all.

The GREAT thing about Casino Coins (in case you were not aware)... VIP was a brand that they took over and CONTINUE to pay affiliate earnings on. They are a good and honest corporation and will continue to pay out - they always have. It sucks that they had to go out (for whatever reason the ownership decided), but they ARE trustworthy and Nick is a good guy.

I know that doesn't help, but their history with VIP should say something about them.

Nick is a good guy, I've spoken to him several times thru email and chat. I actually never implied he was not a "good guy", the skit chat was of course tongue in cheek so to speak.

It is however another black mark on the industry and casino programs in general though with the lack of no notice, no forward communication, etc. etc. that we all have seen all too often over the years in this business...thus my statement regarding, "no wonder they are not working in the corporate world".

I do believe Nick to be "trustworthy" but for anyone to still say or imply that this program is "trustworthy", I would have to say that you are way off base there...trustworthy programs and or companies believe in much much better communication than that.

Time will tell though, it always does...
