Cashcade have made a few terms changes regarding payment method, casino names, and more.
TERMS UPDATE, COMMISSIONS, PAYMENT METHODS
Getminted Casino Cashcade will pay all commissions and referral fees due to the Affiliate, by check or wire transfer Entropay, within 30 days of receipt of an invoice from the affiliate. Invoices can be raised from the 1st day after the month end. Payments due to you in the sum of less than £100 ($200) will be withheld until such time as the amount due to you at the end of any given month is £100 ($200) or more.

Payments will be withheld to known affiliates who bid on the following Pay-Per-Click (PPC) keywords ”Getminted Casino” and ”foxybingo”. Payment Structure You will be paid 40% of the net profits from players on our site that were referred to us through your Affiliate accountcontaining Cashcade brand names.
TERMS REMOVAL, COMMISSIONS, CALCULATION
Profit is derived in the following manner: Stakes Less Winnings Less Free Bets Less Software fees Less Royalties
Summary:Cashcade removes specific properties from the terms to allow for a more generic method of describing their properties. This allows them to keep the terms unchanged while adding new properties to their list. Several payment methods are now removed and added. And, for some reason, the commissions calculation has been removed.
