Can't get in touch with Rex Affiliates (ignoring me)

Hi colleagues,
I am waiting for a €1,365 commission payment and have been unable to reach anyone from the Rex Affiliates team.
I have sent multiple emails and Telegram messages but haven't received any response so far.
Does anyone have a working contact for them, or has anyone recently been in touch with the team?
