Is there a way I could invest cash somewhere to get new players? Like legal advertising? Seems like every ad companies don't want to advertise gambling sites... you know some place where someone can buy traffic or ads for gambling and get new players?

If it was that simple, we would ALL be doing it! :p

I wasted well over £1,000 on paid advertising last year, and there is no evidence to show that I got even one player from it... :(

So obviously there are companies who offer this service - but great caution is advised.

Yeah, you answered what I knew... I just wanted to know if someone knew something I don't. I used multiple thousand dollars in PPC in the past, I was seeing some conversion, but not quite a lot... anyway, it was easier at that time to make money, it's getting harder and harder now ;)_

I agree, its getting much harder now. Gone are the days of making easy money with online gambling. My income has dropped a lot recently, so I've started adding language casinos to all of my sites (since the USA market is really slow at the moment).

I absolutely agree, the days of yore are gone where one could have made an easy buck in this industry. We've been approached a couple of times by a guy who sells thousands of player e-mail addresses for a few thousand dollars. Where he gets these lists from remains a conundrum. Obviously we're not interested.
