From the terms and conditions, it would appear that Neteller is no longer a payment option for affiliates. That would really surprise me, though, but please check with your affiliate manager.
TERMS UPDATE, COMMISSIONS, PAYMENT METHOD
Payments are effected by Neteller , Check, Moneybookers, Bank Wire and into a Sportsbook or Poker account.
Summary: It is possible that Neteller is no longer an affiliate payment method for BetUS, but again, that would be surprising
