Another update. I believe that most/all of the prior missing data is in place.

However, I have a sneaking suspicion that today currently has the same issue (i.e. signups and deposits from today are not updating thusfar). I suspect it will be rectified soon though.

They are typically pretty good at dealing with these issues and it probably only took so long this time because it happened right before the weekend and MyAffiliates doesn't work much over the weekend :(

Off topic question, but what do you guys think a betting partners account is worth? 12 months earnings average, 15, 24. Any guesses? Have one that i want to sell, but it is a big account, and just looking for some guidance on what to ask for it.

1) My stats appear totally fixed at this point. Yesterday's player numbers updated and today's are updating on the normal schedule.

2) Buying an affiliate account is a straight-forward multiple of earnings equation most of the time. Because we can make some reasonable assumptions about the long-term return on those players and find a price both parties will agree too.

In the case of a Betting Partners account, that equation changes. Anyone buying said account, has to maintain it or the value drops dramatically.

For example, if your players are on Bodog and Bovada, there is a minimum number of new depositing players that has to be added or else revenue share drops to 10% flat rate. So if you have a big account generating 35% revenue or maybe even big enough to have 45% casino share, whoever buys it has to constantly send new players to said account to keep those rates.

On the surface not so bad, but people interested in buying such an account probably already have one of their own to maintain. So it can be problematic having to maintain two accounts with signup minimums. Bodog/Bovada is the easier of the two. The other brand on Betting Partners, Ignition Casino is tougher.

The commissions on Ignition are 100% based on the number of monthly depositors. So if you have a big site / big account on the 45% tier, pulling in 251+ real money depositors a month, and you sell it to someone, they would have to continue to pump out those huge numbers of depositors in order to maintain the revenue. But say they can't... then 45% monthly rev share turns into 25% rev-share within a month's time. Almost cutting the long-term value of the account in half in a month!

Long story short, the account minimums make valuing an account more difficult because of the need for maintenance on it. Betting Partners does NOT combine affiliate accounts (I've asked), so there is no way around it with a simple combination.

Yes, I'm having the same troubles. I can't login from my location (France). If I use a US proxy, I can.

Yes, I'm having the same troubles. I can't login from my location (France). If I use a US proxy, I can.

If I had to guess, and I am guessing, it is part of an anti-DDoS measure.

Imagine if you only did business in 2 handfuls of countries. Now imagine that 180+ countries are attacking you periodically with everything from desktops, to phones, to smart refrigerators in vicious DDoS attacks and screwing up your business. Even setting up CloudFlare can't fully mitigate the attacks because they are so huge.

If you just straight up blocked countries you don't do business with, you would cut out a huge number of attack vectors. That's my theory anyway. I believe that in the real world CF blocking of regions is done on the fly as attacks ramp up. But who knows. Perhaps BP got tired of the drama and just implemented the plan I laid out above. It would make sense...

Anyone having the same issue as myself, i.e not being able to login as of today and the past few weeks?

I wonder how long this will last for now and has anyone had any communication with bettingpartners on the latest or is it just a sit and wait for UK based affiliates I wonder?.

I can't log in from the UK either - for the last few months.
I get round it by using a VPN to the USA.

Seems very silly that they block the UK - there must be quite a few of their affiliates based here.

I contacted them this week about this. To counter ddos attacks, they only allow US and Canada IP addresses, so the only option is to go through a proxy.

Okay thanks for the updates on this. I will have to look into the VPN option. Maybe they will unblock UK access in the future. I note that Commissionbz manages to get around it.

Canada, Brzil, Mexico, USA vpns seem to work

These countries make sense. Their brands serve clients from all of these countries. There are a few more LATAM countries that likely have access and I would imagine Australians do as well.

You might also note that Commissionbz has a less stable platform which is down more often than BP is. In my opinion, BP handles/mitigates the DDoS attacks better than any of the offshore sites we work with.
