Betsafe Affiliates have changed a portion of their terms and conditions which relates to the company name, location, and jurisdiction.* See below for full details:
TERM SECTION UPDATED
An Agreement entered into between Group Betsafe SABS Management NV, a A company incorporated in Costa Rica and licensedby the Lotteries and Gaming Authority hereinafter Curacao, Netherland Antilles with its registered address Emancipatie Boulevard29, New Haven Office Center, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles hereafter referred to as ‘‘the Company’‘ “the Company”. And the Affiliate hereinafter referred to as ”the Affiliate” This Agreement shall enter into effect on the date the online Affiliate Registration Form is approved by the Company.
Summary: Betsafe has a name change, it’s location has changed from Costa Rica to Curaco, and is now licensed in the Netherland Antilles as well.
